A Practice Built for Safety, Respect, and Change

Lindsay O’Neil & Associates Trauma and Psychotherapy Services was created to offer steady, supportive care for people navigating trauma, stress, and major life experiences. Our team includes Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists who work with adults, youth, and families. Sessions may include trauma-focused work such as ITATM and EMDR, or psychotherapy approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Care is tailored to your goals, your pace, and what feels manageable each week.

Meet The Team Behind Lindsay O’Neil & Associates

Our clinicians bring different training paths and areas of focus, so clients can find a therapeutic fit that feels grounded and practical. Lindsay O’Neil is the founder and owner. The team also includes Nina Wallace, Holly Keus, and Kyle Chiki. We support people impacted by anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship strain, attachment challenges, and complex trauma experiences, including domestic violence, incarceration, abortion, and human trafficking. Appointments are available in Welland and by secure video sessions across Ontario.

    Yes. We provide trauma-focused options such as ITATM and EMDR, plus psychotherapy approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and IFS.

  • Can caregivers or family members book sessions for support?

    Yes. Caregiver sessions are available for support, education, and safety planning while you are supporting a loved one in distress.

  • Where are sessions offered if I am not in Welland?

    You can meet with us online through secure video sessions across Ontario. In-person appointments are available at our Welland office.

  • What should I expect in a first appointment?

    The first session focuses on understanding what brings you in, your goals, and what support feels most helpful. You can ask questions and set priorities.
